Although our quality control is very strict and our team works hard to ensure orders are free of errors. When you receive your order from us, please check it to ensure you received the items you were expecting. Also you should install or configure your item(s) as soon as possible to ensure everything is in working order.
For Credit Card purchases: A credit will be issued to your card. Freight will only be credited in cases where Micro SATA Cables made an error in the order.
Defective Items: In situations where items are defective, we ask that you send the defective items to us at your expense for both domestic and international customers. We will replace them with free shipping back to you. Please note that we are not responsible for taxes and duties on international returns. For any returns of defective merchandise, we must be notified within 30 days of receipt.
We are not responsible for items that are not opened and tested by you after 30 days. We will replace any defective item sent back to us promptly, at our expense. Please note that there is a 10% restocking fee for returns of non-defective items.
Custom Cables and non-stock items are not-returnable. Custom orders that are placed cannot be cancelled once approved by us.
Returned items must be sealed and cosmetically intact condition to receive credit. All discrepancies in shipments must be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods. No credit will be issued for shipments refused and/or returned to sender without prior authorization.
