Although our quality control is very strict and our team works hard to ensure orders are free of errors, its still your responsibility to ensure you identify any problems within 30 days of receipt. When you receive your order from us, please check it to ensure you received the items you were expecting. Also you should install or configure your item(s) as soon as possible to ensure everything is in working order.
For Credit Card purchases: A credit will be issued to your card. Freight will only be credited in cases where Micro SATA Cables made an error in the order.
For Check purchases: A credit will be issued, thus giving you 90 days to use the credit towards another purchase. We do not give cash refunds on Check purchases. After 90 days, the credit expires.
Defective Items: In situations where items are defective, we ask that you send the defective items to us at your expense and we will replace them with free shipping back to you. For any returns of defective merchandise, we must be notified within 30 days of receipt.
We are not responsible for items that are not opened and tested by you after 30 days. We will replace any defective item sent back to us promptly, at our expense. Please note that there is a 10% restocking fee for returns of non-defective items.
Your credit card will be charged for the replacement, and then credited back when we receive the defective merchandise. Custom Cables and non-stock items are not-returnable. Orders for Custom cables once placed cannot be cancelled if they are built by us.
For items that are ordered specially from the manufacturer, a restock fee may be assessed. The item must be in resalable condition to receive credit. All discrepancies in shipment must be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods. No credit will be issued for shipments refused without prior authorization.
